No refunds or exchanges
F.M.D. Diesel does not offer exchanges or refunds, except in the event of an error on our part during shipment of your order. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with the details of your order and the reason for your request.
Sizing error by the store
If a size error is made by the F.M.D. Diesel boutique, the item can be exchanged at no extra cost to the customer. Please contact us to arrange the return and exchange of the incorrect item.
Item damaged after delivery
Items damaged after receipt are neither refundable nor exchangeable. We are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery.
